Spanish Tortilla

Easy and delicious. Perfect for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Thinly slice the potatoes and onion.
  2. Fry potatoes and onions in oil then add to the beaten eggs.
  3. In another pan heat the olive oil, pour the egg mixture, and flip the tortilla to cook the other side.
  4. Add the cheese slices until melted.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
