This recipe is with peppers, onions and spinach but any vegetables can be added.
Ingredients
Directions
- Chop the onions, peppers and spinach (best to use frozen spinach).
- Mix eggs with almond milk.
- Add veggies and flour to the egg.
- Add salt, pepper and any preferable spices.
- Smear muffin form with ghee butter and add the mixture into 6 separate spaces.
- Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes.
