Stuffed Peppers

Peppers - stuffed with potatoes, onion, garlic, couscous tomatoes.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Fry onion, potatoes and garlic.
  2. Add tomato puree, salt, and the tofu scrambled. Cook.
  3. Add cous cous and half a cup of water. Mix well, then use it to fill the peppers.
  4. Put cheese on top.
  5. Grill the peppers. Enjoy.
