- Cut all salad ingredients in the style you like and keep them separately.
- Steam the broccoli for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Melt butter and saute brussels sprouts till golden then add the broccoli to stir through and season with salt.
- Toast sunflower seeds in a dry pan over medium heat.
- Finely slice the bacon and in a dry pan, fry the bacon until golden.
- Arrange the salad ingredients in a bowl to form a Buddha Bowl and serve with Creamy Kaffir, mustard and Tahini dressing.
