Cheese Cake with Greens and Mozzarella

Delicious and quick recipe for dinner or lunch.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Drain cottage cheese.
  2. Mash cottage cheese together with egg yolk.
  3. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until foamy.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients to the cottage cheese and mix well.
  5. Fold in the foamy egg carefully.
  6. Put baking paper in the form then pour the prepared mass.
  7. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 45-50 minutes.
