Teriyaki Salmon

You will not be able to resist this mouthwatering salmon dish!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare the marinade in an oven proof dish. Combine the garlic, mango chutney, ginger, soy sauce, lemon juice, and honey.
  2. When ready to cook, set oven to 200/180 fan and add salmon fillets to marinade, and leave in fridge for 15-30mins.
  3. Transfer to hot oven for 25-30mins. You can use a spoon to drizzle marinade over salmon half way.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
