Baked Banana and Oats

Filling and tasty baked banana and oats!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Take half of a ripe banana and mash until it becomes almost smooth. Use a ripe banana for this as it is substituting sugar.
  2. Add the banana, oats, milk, cinnamon, pinch of salt and blueberries into an oven safe dish (preferably a small shallow one).
  3. Mix all ingredients together.
  4. Place in oven for around 20-25 minutes depending on how dry you would like your oats to be.
  5. Optional: Top with your favourite fruits!
