Asparagus Soup
A soup perfect for lunch to help you lose those extra kilos.
Ingredients
Directions
- Fry onion and garlic.
- Add asparagus. Stir for 2-3 minutes.
- Add vegetable stock and boil until asparagus is soft and tender.
- Place mixture in a food processor and blend.
- Add cream, salt and pepper for flavour.
- Heat in a microwave and serve.
