Asparagus Soup

A soup perfect for lunch to help you lose those extra kilos.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Fry onion and garlic.
  2. Add asparagus. Stir for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add vegetable stock and boil until asparagus is soft and tender.
  4. Place mixture in a food processor and blend.
  5. Add cream, salt and pepper for flavour.
  6. Heat in a microwave and serve.
