Parmesan Haddock

Fried Parmesan haddock served with lemon tender stem broccoli.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Season the flour with salt and pepper. Mix the egg with a fork and mix the breadcrumbs with the parmesan.
  2. Dust the fish with the flour, dip it in the egg and then press the breadcrumb with parmesan mix into the surface.
  3. Heat a little olive oil in a pan and fry the fish till golden. While the fish is cooking, steam the broccoli.
  4. Season and drizzle a little olive oil onto the broccoli.
  5. Serve with a wedge of lemon to squeeze over the fish and broccoli.
