These bagels are great as a bun for a burger or lunch on the run.
Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 170°C.
- Mix flour with baking powder, salt and spices.
- Add in yogurt and knead the dough.
- Roll and knead the dough until smooth and elastic. Then divide it into 4 to 5 equal balls.
- Roll out each ball and join two ends to make a circle.
- Place the bagels on a baking tray.
Spread them out and sprinkle on with cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes and allow to cool for 15 mins before slicing. Store leftovers on the counter for up to 2 days, or in freezer for up to 2 months.
