Broccoli & Cheddar Egg Muffins

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200c / 6 gas mark.
  2. Boil the broccoli.
  3. Whisk the eggs with a bit of water.
  4. In a bowl mix all the ingredients.
  5. Grease 12 muffins cups and pour in the mixture.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until firm.
