Salad with Yogurt
This is something light and yet tasty and fun to eat.
Ingredients
Directions
- Cut cucumber and carrot into small pieces length wise and then width wise. Cut the green chilli pepper into small pieces or use it as it is.
- Place carrot, cucumber, spring onion, green chilli pepper and shredded cabbage in a bowl, add salt and black pepper to it and mix it thoroughly.
- Add yogurt. See that it covers all the vegetables of the salad and add finely chopped celery or coriander and refrigerate for 3 minutes.
