I'm very happy that some of the members tried the recipe and enjoyed it.
adri_rot you would need to crack an egg and separate the yolk from the white hun, and then you'll have your egg white.

I added 1/ 8th teaspoon Italian seasoning and 1/4th tsp salt and we now call it Pizza Quiche for my 4year old great grandson.

Easy, tasty, low calorie, love it! Make this the night before and take it to work the next day and reheat in microwave. The only criticism I have is that I found I need to bake longer about 25-30 minutes to have a firm end product. Otherwise perfect, healthy morning food, or even lunch!

This was great! I added turkey bacon to give it a little more protein and a slight crunch.
