Directions
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees fan forced.
Heat oil in pan and cook chicken and onion for 6-8 minutes.
- Add the spices and cook for a further few seconds.
- Add all ingredients into a pot with 500ml water, salt and pepper and bring to simmer.
- Cover lid and cook in over for 45 minutes.
