A lovely walk by the River Almond. 16271 steps walked despite the cold, wet day. A peaceful day listening to the river, the trees and the birds. 'There is pleasure in the pathless woods, rapture on the lonely shore. There is society where none intrudes.'

It's strange how everything changes. 18 months ago tramping through the woods would have been my idea of hell. Now, I can't think of anything better to match the rhythm of my mind and body.

Same here Suma, 18 months ago I would have died of rage if someone had told me to exercise😂 I am happy you found joy of walking in nature.

Died of rage - I love that!🤣🤣. I had a gym membership for 4 years - I think I went a dozen times in total. The best part - the gym is in my building!
