HI there, I let myself get up to 70 kilos, now it's coming down, thanks to being here with all of you
I'm now 63, and have whole foods plant based attitude to food, I love yoga and cycling, and do loads of walking, specially now, am trying to cut out the last of my bad habits,
I live in the Netherland with my lovely husband dog and two cats. we both love food and cooking, I ma hoping to finally reach my ideal weight of 52 kilos by changing my lifestyle enough instead of just dieting.
I have been vegetarian most of my life, I know that when I stick to that I loose weight and feel better, now I have been vegan for quite a while and feel veven better,
menopause made me blow up like a balloon, now I'm getting that under control with a healthy vegn diet
so far so good!
