Vegan Pancakes
A basic vegan pancake recipe that uses both whole wheat and white flour.
Ingredients
Directions
- Measure out and sift dry ingredients together in a medium bowl. Mix dry ingredients thoroughly.
- Add wet ingredients to dry and mix batter until smooth and all large clumps are gone. Don't over mix batter.
- On a well oiled and preheated griddle, or frying pan, drop 1/4 cup batter per pancake. When bubbles start to appear along the ridge of a pancake (approximately 2-3 minutes) flip pancake and allow to cook for an additional 2 minutes or until golden.
