Banana Pancakes

Satisfying, quick to prepare, and healthy banana pancakes for a busy morning.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mash the bananas with a fork.
  2. Beat the egg and add to the banana.
  3. Add flour, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and baking powder. Mix until smooth.
  4. Scoop the batter onto the nonstick pan. Cook both sides until golden brown.
