Low Carb Muffins
Delicious and low calorie muffins.
Ingredients
Directions
- Whisk the eggs in a large bowl, then add the milk.
- Cut the vegetables into small pieces then add to the bowl. Mix gently.
- Divide into muffin tray. Put salt and pepper to season. Put gruyere cheese on top then cover with sliced cheddar.
- Cook at 180°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown on top and risen.
- Let cool then remove from the tray.
- Enjoy!
