Chicken Stir Fry

An easy-to-prepare dish that's very tasty.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Put oil, soy sauce, cooking wine, some pepper and salt into a bowl.
  2. Cut up and place chicken into that bowl and let marinade for 5 minutes.
  3. Put chicken into a wok or any large pan and fry on high heat stirring the whole time.
  4. When chicken is cooked, add the broccoli and cook until bright green.
  5. Cook rice then add everything in a bowl and enjoy.
