Gluten and Dairy Free Pancakes

Pancakes made from coconut and almond flour with psyllium husk and cocoa powder.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix the eggs, plant-based milk and spices to taste.
  2. Then add the bicarbonate of soda, the lemon juice and mix.
  3. Add the flour, cocoa powder and then mix again.
  4. Lastly, add the psyllium husk and mix once again really thoroughly.
  5. Make pancakes. Fry adding coconut oil on slow heat until ready.
