- Mix coconut oil and maple syrup.
- Mash bananas and add them to the large bowl and add the eggs.
- Sieve in the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon
- Add cinnamon, vanilla and milk.
- Mix all the ingredients, then grease your muffin tin and add the mixture.
- Bake for 22-25 minutes and et aside to cool.
