Low Fat Lamb Doner Kebab

Recipe for a healthy version of a classic 'night out' food.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Turn the oven on to 200C or 190C if fan oven.
  2. Put the mince in a large mixing bowl and add all of the ingredients. Knead together by hand until the mixture is evenly mixed and bonded together nicely.
  3. Shape into a 'loaf' shape, approximately 8-10cm high and wide and 18-20cm long. Place on a baking tray and put into the oven.
  4. Once cooked, remove from oven, slice thinly and enjoy with some pita bread and a healthy salad.
