Chakalaka

A relish of grated carrot and baked beans.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel and grate carrots.
  2. Heat oil on a stove (while grating carrots).
  3. Once oil is heated, saute the grated carrot until soft.
  4. Add baked beans and continue to cook for no more than 3 minutes.
  5. Add a dash of peri-peri sauce and remove from heat.
  6. Serve hot or cold.
