Reviews
I was a bit disappointed. I ate the first serving right out of the oven as a stand alone meal and it sort of tasted like an over cooked salad. On the bright side, it is packed with vegetables, is only 256 calories, and I'm not strictly paleo or keto. I added an organic chicken sausage to my second go-'round, and it was a bit better. Today, I will have it as more of a side with a lean steak and some cheese.
