Broas de Batata Doce Aveia e Côco

Nutritivas e perfeitas para variar no pequeno-almoço ou nos lanches, sem por a dieta em causa.

  1. Cozer uma batata doce e, depois de cozida, moela com um garfo até ficar com textura de puré. Adicione a colher de mel e os figos secos (opcional) a este puré.
  2. Moer (no liquidificador ou varinha mágia) os flocos de aveia integrais com uma colher de chá de anis/erva-doce e uma colher de chá de canela (opcional) até ficar com a textura de farinha.
  3. Numa taça misture o côco seco, a farinha feita anteriormente, os ovos, o puré de batata - doce, o sumo de laranja e um pouco de raspas da sua casca (opcional).
  4. Unte as mãos com óleo ou azeite e, num prato com farinha (pode ser trigo ou outra), molde as broinhas com o formato que mais desejar. Leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 170ºC durante aproximadamente 45 minutos.
