Crinkles

Doux, riche et légèrement sucré.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mélanger le beurre et le chocolat fondu.
  2. Battre les œufs avec le sucre cassonade et le sucre vanillé.
  3. Incorporer les 2 mélanges.
  4. Ajouter la farine et la levure chimique et bien mélanger. Mettre au frais 1 à 2 heures.
  5. Façonner des boules puis presser légèrement et tremper dans le sucre glace.
  6. Mettre au four préchauffé à 180°C pendant 10 minutes.
