Zippy Pork Chops

A spicy herb mix sparks the taste of these tender boneless chops that cook in no time.

Directions

  1. Combine chili powder, oregano, garlic, and cumin. gently rub over both sides of pork chops.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until meat thermometer reads 160 °F (70 °C).

Just made this last night and it's really nice, my wife thinks I can cook now. Shared a baked potato, some boiled carrots and a loaded pepper and it fit the bill quite nicely!
