Quiche de Atum

Uma quiche saborosa de atum, alho francês, pimentos, cenoura.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Untar a massa folhada à forma.
  2. Picar os alhos franceses, a cenoura e os pimentos. Salteá-los na frigideira com azeite. Misturá-los com o atum (bem escorrido) e colocá-los em cima da massa folhada.
  3. Mexer com a varinha mágica os ovos e o pacote de natas. Cobrir toda a quiche, preenchendo os espaços vazios entre os ingredientes.
  4. Pôr queijo ralado por cima e está pronto a ir ao forno durante uma meia hora.
