the original recipe is very, bland. I tweaked it a bit. I doubled the recipie only instead of adding 2 packs of sweatner I added 3. I also only added 1 egg and added 1\8 cup of agave nectar. now they are a 5 star sugar free cookie :)

Perhaps we're meant to blend the pecans into a paste? can you get pecan butter?
