Corn Meal Muffins

A soft and chewy treat that's not too sweet!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine corn meal and milk, let stand for 10 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Sift until blended.
  3. Add egg and oil to corn meal mixture, mix well.
  4. Add to dry ingredients. Stir just until combined.
  5. Fill greased muffin pans to 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
