Оладьи на Кефире

Простой рецепт приготовления диетических оладий.

Directions

  1. Взбить яйца, добавить мед и перемешать. Постепенно вливать кефир, можно разбавить с теплой водой.
  2. В жидкую массу добавляем соду (гашеную) и муку, все перемешать. Консистенция должна получится пышная, с пузырьками и не очень жидкая.
  3. Жарить либо на кокосовом масле, либо без масла вообще. Признак того, что пора переворачивать оладье - много пузырьков сверху. Жариться все быстро, не прилипает и вкусно, по вкусу можно добавить какао, изюм, специи...
