It looks very nice although unfortunately I am alergic to garlic and just thinking about 5 cloves of garlic makes me come out in hives..lol I am sure there can be a substitue for it though.

1 cup of olive oil, is that a mistake? If correct, it doesn't belong on a diet site.

Whoa...even for atkins, too much EVOO...the counts are off....Use 3-5 chicken breasts 1/4 cup EVOO. 3 cloves garlic, 1/2 cup chopped onion & pepper mix (frozen) and smother with cheddar cheese (1 oz). This is how I did it.

I think the nutrition facts on this recipe are incorrect. 4.66 g of protein for a chicken product? Don't you get that much protein out of one MacDonalds chicken McNugget? 1 "cup" of olive oil? Is this a chicken flavored olive oil shake? This recipe is "off."

This sticks to south beach but the olive oil is way high. You are only allowed 2tbsp per meal because of the high caloric value. Also, chicken patties are often processed and sometimes have other meats included. If you were to cut down on the olive oil, use boneless skinless white meat, and keep your portions on track this could work.
