Seasoned Pork Tenderloin

The spices in this pork tenderloin make for irresistible flavors.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a large zip-close plastic bag combine syrup and spices.
  2. Add tenderloins to plastic bag, squeeze out air and seal the bag.
  3. Let marinate in refrigerator at least two hours but preferably overnight, turning bag occasionally.
  4. Preheat broiler. Place tenderloins on roasting pan and cover with marinade.
  5. Broil until pork reaches an internal temperature of 160 °F (70 °C). About 7 minutes per side.
  6. Yields about 4 oz of meat per serving.

temperature should not be over 150..then let it rest..cover with foil ...for 5 minutes....165 ends up tough !!

The ginger flavor was too strong for my taste. If I made this again I would definitely cut back on the ginger.

I added 1/2 Cup of pure maple syrup instead of the calorie reduced corn syrup. It was delicious!!!!!
