My hair is falling like crazy and is starting to look very thin. It seems to coincide with me starting intermittent fasting. Has anyone experienced this? What did you that helped? I find that intermittent fasting is the only thing that stops my incessant snacking and don't want to stop, unless I really had to. Thanks 🙏

Also recommend supplements but chat to your doctor too. Mine recommended B complex and vitamin C but I also take a collagen complex made from seaweed. That I find works really well

i take biotin victims to strengthen nails and hair growth- hope it helps :)

Hibernating as it's Ramadan. @razor, yes I need to review my protein intake over the next month. @steph, pretty unlikely as I've never done any restrictive regimes, @analgesia...that's a good point. It could be that, as I wasn't very well with it, @Kate, will take a peak, think the capsules use beef gelatine, which is a no go ☹️.

@Anne, ordered some teff,🤞.@Helen, thyroid checked recently due to covid complications and thankfully normal. @mkulas, been eating far too much carbs and fats, since last week, have managed to increase protein slightly, will keep upping it.@nutricali-what is the collagen complex you use? A lot of what I looked at isn't vegetarian. @jess..I've bought a bunch of hair/nail supplements. Going to take it for a month and see.

Vegan or vegetarian has that problem after a prolonged period ( years) deprived from animal protein. Hair lost can be so many reasons. Without knowing any details, it's impossible to know. IF however will NOT give you that unless it is prolonged fast more than 10+days.

@sonya, I do have low iron for the past 2-3years, but can't tolerate the tablet. Thinking of buying spatone to see if that helps. Which iron supplement do you use? I have started adding oil to my hair from last week. What hair vitamins do you take?
