I am in my 50s and previously worked in the fitness industry. Now I just exercise for fun and health. I rarely miss a training session, why would I?! It's good for you and I like the discipline.

I have never been very overweight but as the years go on I can't eat like I used to/want to without putting weight on. So, I am reaching out for some support to keep me focused.

I maintain my athletic build by swimming, weights, cardio and stretching. I use the old school method of counting calories when it comes to maintaining or losing weight. It works for me!

My downfall is chocolate/sweet tooth, alcohol and just loving food in general. I am very much a work hard, play hard kinda gal!
