Vegetarian Meatballs

Vegetarian meatballs in a rich tomato sauce.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Dice onions, slice mushrooms and grate carrots.
  2. Fry onion in a little water. Add mushrooms, when softened add garlic.
  3. Add tinned tomatoes and carrots. Season to taste.
  4. Add meatballs and simmer for 40 minutes or until completely cooked.
