Mix of beans and spices.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash and prepare vegetables. Cut into small cubes. Drain beans from tin.
  2. Put everything in a big pan and heat on medium. Add a cup of water. Keep on heat for 45-55 minutes.
  3. Keep stirring regularly throughout. Ready when consistency is what is desired.
  4. Serve with brown rice.
