Salmon Salad

Smoked salmon salad with tomatoes, olives and lime dressing.



  1. Put the salad in a large bowl. Break the smoked salmon into strips.
  2. Mix the salmon into the salad. Add the cherry tomatoes and olives.
  3. For a dressing squeeze one wedge of lime. No need for oils as the fish and olives provide plenty.
