Directions

  1. whisk peanut butter until light and fluffy
  2. mix flaxseed and baking powder together in a separate bowl
  3. add eggs 2 at a time to peanut butter, mix well
  4. add flaxseed mix amd whisk well
  5. Pour into 2lb baking tin, place on baking sheet and cook at gas 2, 300F/150C for 50minutes
  6. allow to cool and slice into about 25 slices approx. 0.5cm thick
