- whisk peanut butter until light and fluffy
- mix flaxseed and baking powder together in a separate bowl
- add eggs 2 at a time to peanut butter, mix well
- add flaxseed mix amd whisk well
- Pour into 2lb baking tin, place on baking sheet and cook at gas 2, 300F/150C for 50minutes
- allow to cool and slice into about 25 slices approx. 0.5cm thick
