Potato and Leek Soup
A smooth and tasty potato and leek soup.
Ingredients
Directions
- Heat margarine in a pot. Cook onions and leeks for 5 minutes, or until glassy.
- Add potatoes and stock. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes, or until potato is soft.
- Blend. Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with chives.
