Mushroom Barley Soup
A delicious mushroom soup to enjoy on those cold days.
Ingredients
Directions
- Combine mushrooms, pearled barley, water, salt and pepper in a saucepan and cook over low heat for 1 hour.
- Brown onions in a heavy non stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add to soup and cook for another 30 minutes.
- Combine flour and milk in a bowl and add to soup. Cook for another 15 minutes.
