Crispy Chilli Chicken Burger

  1. In a bowl, portion out and crush up your crisps.
  2. In a separate bowl, crack an egg white.
  3. Now take your chicken and submerge it into the egg white before transferring and covering it in crushed crisps.
  4. You may air fry or oven cook at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Lightly toast a brioche bun before adding the lettuce, chicken and sauces.
