Tiramisu-A-Bix

A little twist for your breakfast.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Drizzle half a cup of your morning coffee over one Weetabix biscuit and let it soak in.
  2. Top with natural yogurt (sweetened with a little honey, if desired), then simply place a second biscuit on top.
  3. Drizzle the rest of your coffee over it and spread another layer of yogurt.
  4. To finish, toss some raspberries around the tower.
