Waldorf Salad

Give classic waldorf salad a boost of flavour and texture with tasty walnuts.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Slice the grapes in half, decore the apple and slice them into small chunks.
  2. Slice the celery thinly and crush the walnuts into small chunks.
  3. In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
  4. Add the sliced fruit and nuts to the dressing and thoroughly mix.
