A healthy version of sloppy joes using lean ground turkey.

Directions

  1. Brown ground turkey.
  2. Chop and sauté green pepper and onion.
  3. Mix all ingredients together and simmer for 10 minutes.

fantastic dinner! i served it on one of those thin 100 calorie buns..filling and tasty!

I made these the other night since we had a can of the sauce sitting the pantry for some reason. I also add a jalapeno. Eaten on a whole wheat bun with some sweet potato fries this is a really tasty dinner!
