Basic Biscuit Dough

Simple and quick basic cookie dough.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix butter and sugar in a large bowl with a wooden spoon.
  2. Add egg yolk and vanilla, briefly beat to combine.
  3. Sift flour into mixture until well combined. You might need to use your hands at the end to give everything a really good mix and press the dough together.
  4. Separate dough into 30 even-sized balls, squash flat with a fork. Bake in at 170 °C for 12-15 minutes,
