Molasses Cookies

High protein and high fiber recipe.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients.
  2. Add all wet ingredients and mix until combined. Let sit for about five minutes.
  3. Divide dough into 12 pieces, roll into balls, and then flatten into about a half-inch thickness.
  4. Spread them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a 350°F oven for about 12 minutes.
  5. Let cool and eat.
