Flan de Courgettes

Sain, simple et facile à préparer.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Dans une poêle, chauffer l'huile et faire dorer les dés de courgettes et les oignons rouges. Assaisonner au goût.
  2. Verser les légumes dans un plat allant au four.
  3. Verser sur le mélange d'œufs et de fromage cottage, assaisonner au goût.
  4. Cuire 30 minutes à 180°C.
